Dosing of sublingual products should start low (1/4 dropper) and titrate slow (double every 4 - 7 days) until the optimum minimum daily dose is observed or until the full dropper 2x daily milestone is reached and observed for ~30 days.  Extra sensitive patients can start with aroma doses (smelling 2x daily) followed by a single drop under tongue for 4 - 7 days and doubled until it ramps to the normal ¼ dropper ramp.  If intolerance observed, cease for a week, and then re-introduce at low initial dose to repeat titration schedule, adjusting as needed based on observations.  Patients should always consult with their prescribing physicians and explore any drug-drug interactions questions, particularly patients taking SSRI's, where informed gradual and inverse dosing protocols are recommended.  Patients should also be advised that employers with unfriendly hempCBD policies should consult with their employer and their doctor re: possible medical exemptions prior to use.
